데이터 경제 활성화를 위한 측량데이터의 품질 개선 방안- LX 지적측량데이터를 중심으로 -

With the spread of the data economy, open public data has increased continuously but cadastral surveying data is mainly used for cadastral survey. There is no hug problems in the establishment and utilization of database. However, the importance of data increases in the 4th industrial revolution and it is necessary to increase the utilization of cadastral surveying data.

This study is to review the quality of cadastral surveying data based on quality standard suggested in the area of spatial information and suggest how to improve the quality for securing the interconnectivity between cadastral surveying data and spatial information in terms of improvement of data utilization 데이터 경제의 확산에 따라 공공데이터 개방은 지속적으로 증가하고 있지만 현재 생산되는 지적측량데이터는 아직 지적측량에만 활용되고 있다. 이것은 지적측량데이터의 구축 및 활용에는 문제가 없으나 4차 산업혁명 시대에 데이터의 중요성이 높아지면서 지적측량데이터의 활용성을 높일 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공간정보에서 제시하고 있는 품질 기준을 통해 지적측량데이터의 품질 수준을 진단하고, 지적측량데이터가 공간정보와 상호연계성을 확보할 수 있도록 품질 개선방안을 제시하여 데이터의 활용성을 높이고자 한다.
