서울시 도시재정비사업에 대한 갈등분석 연구

서울시 도시재정비사업에서 주민 반대와 갈등의 원인을 분석했다.

With a boosting of real estate sector cycle in last 10 years, Newtown projects has been progressing all over the country. After U.S. financial crisis, however, Newtown projects in South Korea has reached its critical point. It result in becoming a social problem for conflicts among residents. Hence, Seoul city in South Korea makes efforts on publishing a related policy. This study is for analysing the reason of residents opposition and conflict situation and estimating the development of the situation. For this, used a Conflict Assessment, this study is limited to the zone of Changsin-Sungin Newtown projects in South Korea.

The key issues of this study is that the conflict of redevelopment is not also a conflict resolution between agreement and opposition but a needs of resolution which being lasted relationship conflicts in projects process after problem solving with public policy.
