재건축 정비사업 전문관리업 제도가 분쟁 해소에 미치는 효과를 분석한다.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the project consulting on dispute resolution in rebuilding projects. Recently, to solve problems of renewal of existing deteriorated residential area, government legislated 'Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Law' at the late of the year 2002. In this new law, the project consulting system is introduced for dispute resolution in rebuilding projects. This study explains the definition of the project consulting and the type of conflicts in rebuilding projects. It also examines the effect of the project consulting on dispute resolution.

It is expected that the project consulting contributes to dispute resolution through reinforcing a specialty to the nonprofit rebuilding corporation and diminishing the project period. This study argues rigorous control in selecting a consulting firm, the participation of public sectors in the operation of consulting, and a legal obligation of the consulting system.
