지구단위계획에 대한 대안적 제도로써의 지구계획체계

특수지역 관리에 적합한 대안으로 지구계획체계를 제안하고 제도적 방안을 분석했다.

This study analyzes the problems with special area unit plans for special areas in Korean cities based on the planning concept at the zone level and suggests an alternative to them. The analysis indicates that special area unit plans are not a suitable means for maintaining the features of special areas. As an alternative this study suggests a planning system for special areas including special area plan and project area plan. Special area plan is suggested as a comprehensive plan for a special area, which provides guidelines for project area plan. For such a special area this study proposes the criteria for selection of special areas within cities.

Project area plan, on the other hand, is suggested as a detailed plan providing guidelines for project planning for the project area designated in the special area plan.
