土地利用規制에 관한 硏究 : 用途地域 地區制를 中心으로

토지이용규제와 용도지역·지구제의 문제 및 개선 방안을 연구했다.

In this thesis, to put to use and control nation land efficiently, first, we will look into how we have made use of our land and how we use it, and second, if we can find the problems of the restriction of land use and zoning, we will show solutions in these problems and into the bargain, will suggest that laws and regulations in force concerned with zoniag and the restriction of land use should be resystematized for the control of rational and effective land use, and last, we will let you find that the one-sided law application is never helpful to make the best use of it.

We can see how zoniag regions have been changed and what they are, and find it necessary to systematize laws and regulations concerned, that is, means for restriction on land use. There are ten zoned districts and several areas stipulated by law on nation land use, and four zoned districts and fourteen areas and four districts stipulated city planning. The scope of research here is restriction of land use by some laws with documentary records, a case study, especially legislation study.

As a result of these efforts, we can improve the system of laws about restriction for land use, and the way how we return the profit generated by land use to socity, and the way how we distinguish property right and usable right of nation land use.
