초록
The business of real estate is new business that is to devise the best efficiency of real estate and handle a matter of Real estate specially and systematically. This real estate trust was introduced starting from Korea real Estate Trust Co. Ltd. in 1991. n those days Korea Real Estate Trust Co. Ltd. and Han Kook Real Eatate Trust Co. Ltd. was established, recently Korea Real Estate Investment Trust Co. Ltd. was founded by Korea Land Corporation. Therefore sharp competition in the business of real estate trust was started.
Especially real estate trust bring about revitalize not only construction business, possess but also effectiveness of employment enlargement, capital gains and added value by real estate development. Besides real estate trust raise efficiency of land use, stability of real estate price and the anti-speculation. When we take into consideration the above explanation, it is necessary to systematize and specialize the system of real eatate trust.
