도시설계지구에서 용도지역별 도시설계 규제 특성을 살펴봤다.

Urban design deals with total urban problem rather then fragmentary it. Then, it controls not only building form and its scale but various regulation elements to create comfortable city environment. The various regulation elements are treated to essential urban design elements from paving street to city activity in this report. But, this report is focused on improving physical surroundings. The viewpoints on expressing social state, programing urban design, and improving aesthetic background will be excluded in this report. So, the aim of this study researches the regulation item and its distinction and finds the method of making the beautiful and comfortable city to use it.
