택지개발사업지구의 토지이용 특성에 관한 연구 : 부산광역시를 중심으로 In Pusan Metropolitan City

부산 택지개발지구의 토지이용계획 특성을 유형별로 분석했다.

The purpose of this paper is to study on characteristics of landuse planning in land development districts and to reflect results in the future planning, so, for this study, land development districts are classified by four categories; developer, period, size, and then differences and characteristics are analyzed according to those categories. The results of this paper are as follows; First, characteristics by developer-the rate of KLDC(Korea Land Development Corporation) is analyzed higher than any other developer in the rate of single-family housing.

And the rate of KNHC(Korea National Housing Corporation)is the highest in the rate of multi-family housing, the rate of Pusan Metropolitan City is the highest in the the rate of public area. Second, characteristics of period - as the time goes by into the latter half period, the rate of single-family housing is going up and the rate of multi-family and public area is going down. Third, characteristics by size - as the size of land development districts is the bigger, the rate of residential area is the lower and the rate of public area is the higher.
