지방중심도시에 있어서 지역별 건축현황과 용도지역 운용방향

지방 중심도시의 건축 현황을 분석하고 용도지역 운용방향을 제시했다.

In this paper, I analyzed the building condition of the region's central city and pointed out its problems to suggest a direction for zoning system. Summarizing its results, I found the deterioration of living conditions because of the wide coexistence of different housing units and commercial facilities in the general residential districts and the steep increase of the ratio of building volume to lot in the new housing areas. Therefore, we have to subdivide the general residential districts to prevent the coexistence of building uses and to form a better living condition by applying the lowered and different ratio of building volume and building coverage to lot according to areas.
