國公有 雜種地 管理에 있어서 效率化 方案 = Efficient Management of Public Miscellaneous Land

국공유 잡종지의 관리 실태와 효율화 방안을 연구한다.

1. It is a reality that the nation or the local government are not efficiently managing the maintenance, preservation and operation of public miscellaneous lands. The main problems under the existing control practice are: unclear boundary, lands lying idle, and illegal occupation by the residents. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyse the actual state of the existing practice in managing national, or public lands, pinpointing the problems to propose improvements to the present systems. 2.

In Chapter II, the author attempted to grasp the cause of the existence of public and national lands To do so, a definition was made on the basic concept of the national, public miscellaneous lands, a theoretical background was developed and inevitability of their existence was studied. 3. In Chapter III, the real status was studied and analysed on the maintenance, preservation of national lands, and on the acquisition and disposition of the public lands. 4. The following are alternative plans proposed based on the problems derived from theoretical study in Chapter II and the real status in Chapter III. 1) overall examination on National, public miscellaneous lands.

2) Consideration for productive use of land 3) Alternatives to the acquisition and disposition of national, public miscellaneous lands.
