현대 지적버전의 진화에 관한 연구

현대 지적의 진화 과정을 분석하고 향후 지적 발전 방향을 살펴본다.

현대 지적버전의 진화는 토지 관리의 효율성을 제고하기 위한 목표실현의 수단인 신기술과 관련이 깊고 지적제도발전에 혁신적인 동인이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지적버전의 진화과정에서 변화된 내용을 파악할 수 있는 일정한 기준을 도출하고 이를 토대로 변화된 지적버전을 검토하여 향후 지적버전에 대응 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 현대 지적의 발전 및 변화로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사 및 인터넷조사를 통하여 1차 및 2차 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 지적버전과 접근 틀은 웹버전과 선행연구, 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하게 된다. 둘째, 지적버전의 진화는 지적1.0, 지적2.0, 지적3.0, 지적4.0의 진화차원에서 이루어진다. 셋째, 지적버전에 대응은 지적4.0의 부합 및 대응 전략 차원에서 검토하게 된다.

The evolution of the modern cadastre version is deeply related to the new technology as a means of realizing the goal to improve the efficiency of the land management and is an innovative agent for the development of the cadastre system. Hence, this study draws a certain criterion that can grasp the changed contents in the evolution process of the cadastre version and based on this, review the changed cadastral versions and look for directions in future cadastre version. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the range is limited to the development and change of modern cadastre.

In addition, the research was conducted through collecting the primary and secondary data by literature review and internet research, and a descriptive and comparative approach method was applied concurrently. Conclusion of the study is as follow: First, the cadastre version and framework are reviewed in terms of web version, literature review and framework. Second, the evolution of cadastral version takes place at the evolutionary level of cadastre version 1.0, cadastre version 2.0, cadastre version 3.0 and cadastre version 4.0. Finally, correspondence to cadastre version will be examined in terms of conformity of cadastre 4.0 and response strategy.
