The recent IMF crisis has opened up the domestic real-estate market which has introduced real-estate conglomerates with tremendous capital and advanced real-estate methods that domestic real-estate firms must compete with. this has place the domestic real-estate firms in a difficult quandary.

In the light of above mentioned situation, this thesis will comprehensively assess the current state of domestic real-estate brokerage and fully analyze the current problems future areas for improvement and investigate possible countermeasures to solving these possible. Firstly, the real-estate brokerage business must become large-scale and organized through the permutation of the franchise business and the real-estate brokerage. Secondly, The quality of service suitable to level of customer's demand should be improve and the real-estate broker should de reeducated thought franchisor.

Thirdly, for the real estate franchise business of types of chain and enterprise to be successful, the development of business techniques should continue to be made through the improvement of competitiveness due to the specialization of the real-estate product, the improvement of service quality, and periodical education and training. fourthly, The disclosure and joint owning system of real-estate information must be made. such a system the all real-estate related information throughout the country must be disclosed at always and linked with the state land computer network and system may freely utilizable must be formulate.

After all real-estate market is compelled to completely disclose sooner or later without exception. In order to cope with this the policy subject to modernization in flow of real estate must be made as soon as possible.
