부산 택지개발지역의 입지 특성과 공공서비스 여건을 분석했다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the public services and location characteristics which the housing land development especially public development has in Pusan. To analyze these factors it is necessary to investigate the characteristics which public development districts in Pusan have such as seg level altitude, accessability, area of district, central operating body, edcational facilities, park and so forth. In addition, the investigation of apartment complexes which are developed in a large scale.

The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; according to the results of location analysis, the accessabilities of the public housing land development districts to the roads are worse than those of large scale apartment complexes on the whole. The sea level altitudes that the public development districts have are higher than those of large scale apartment complexes.Public housing land development has not been systematic. So it is very difficult to associate it which relared plans. So it is required to make institutional and political examinations to diversify the operation methods and the central operating bodies.
