서울 도심재개발사업의 실태를 분석하고 개선방안을 연구했다.
초록
The development of human civilization brought urban grwoth but caused the urban problems such as loss of urban (unction and demolition of urban structure. Such problems make urban structure become deteriorated. This requires a new urban development plan. In this respect, urban redevelopmentis a necessary activitiy for effective adaptation to changes in growth and development of city. Urban redevelopment is a comprehensive art of development in order to fulfill urban demands for new urban structure and function. And it is also a method of construction to improve the wornout part of city that does not work properly.
The purpose of this study is to provide some guidelines for urban redevelopment projects by suggesting the devices of betterment through analyzing Seoul's redevelopment projects. Chapter One begins with the purpose, scope and methodology for this Study. Chapter Two deals with the concepts and patterns of laws and regulations related to urban redevelopment and points out to some characteristcs and problems in the process and execution of those laws and regulations. Chapter Three sees the actual cases of advanced countries including The U.S. Japan, The Great Britain, Germany as related studies of those projects.
Chapter Four treats the history, distirict, and progress of the urban redevelopment as part of analysis of analysis of the project. Chapter Five attends to problems and betterment of planning, process, selection, compensation of private lands. Chapter Six concludes with the suggestion of overall improvement of redevelopment.
