국내 부동산컨설팅업의 현황을 바탕으로 발전 방향을 연구했다.

While our society becomes high-developed, sub-divisioned, information-oriented, enactment related to real estate is being reorganizaed in entire economics. Considering circumstances related to real estate are rapidly changing, the job, a real estate consultant is getting essential. Like we see a doctor when we fall ill, it is reasonable that we find professional real estate consultant on dealing real estate. In the past, the job of real estate consulting was hazarded a wide guess and the consulting quality of real estate was lower comparing to highly developed countries like USA and Japan. Also It is in the situation that our consulting quality doesn't meet customers requests.

Besides, some large-sized companies including Korea Appraisal Board conduct various business, so small-sized ones have many difficulties. For this, there may be all kinds of method to improve, but not only professional & continuous education but also high-levelled education just as C.R.E., M.A.M., C.C.I.M., Escrow, tittle assayer for real estate need ti be carried out. Also we will have to activate the association and continue to study the method to expand business of other fields in addition to present consulting business.

As for this study, it is most regrettable that we would rather make concentrated research into a certain field of consulting because field of real estate is very wide and complicated. Although there may be a lot of shortcomings due to a shortage of time, we hope that our real estate consulting will develop thanks to this paper.
