This paper reviews the trends of real estate market after 10·29 real estate policies, and forecasts the variations of real estate investment environment. The directions of variation is summarized two aspects ; the regulation reinforcement on direct investment market the vitalization on indirect investment market and real estate financing instrument. These policies will help korean real estate market to pursuit the global standards.
