공개 공지 관리를 위한 항공 촬영 영상 활용

항공 영상으로 도시계획상 공개공지의 관리 방안을 제시했다.

도시 계획 차원에서 건물이나 시설을 신설하는 경우 사업 대상지역의 일부를 시민에게 개방하는 것을 조건으로 조성된 토지를 공공 용지라고 한다.이러한 공공 용지의 관리를 위해서 조서를 작성하고 주기적으로 관리를 하고 있으나 정보의 부족으로 정확한 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공공용지의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 항공 촬영된 영상을 이용하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. In terms of urban planning, a public opend space is the land in project area that has some constraints to construct a building or facility. The public opend spaces must be shared to general citizen. Because of the lack of accurate information, it is difficult to manage the public opend space, even though many documents and insrection reports are created by periodically. In this study, aerial imagery were used for efficient management of public opend spaces.
