Real estate business in the world faces the transition period under the influence of globalization and informatization, so we have to set up new policies to cope with this global tendency We have to overcome the small scale, internal gaps and out-of-date structure of real estate business by changing the structure in a form of total infra, specialized network, or locally based business. As (or the service provider of real estate, there are currently various informal licenses to cope with the trend of giving stock value to real estate and informatization of real estate.

It nay be a good idea to use publically approved private licensure system like licenses for analyzers of real estate investment and consultative companies for real estate investment to meet the new need. The service provider, however, should show public reliability, the public, and specialty. It is undesirable to add specific fields ill the real estate business based on egoism regarding licenses. Altematively, we need to adopt a system which appoints total service agents regarding real estate so long as they satisfy certain requirements, It is necessary to make basic regulations for real estate service to level up tile service.

There should be conditiollal addition of specific fields when it is necessary because existing business does not cover these fields. We have to consider making real estate information saleable and reconsider qualification for real estate business to informatize the real estate. We can accomplish informatization of real estate by expanding tile existing venture enterprise po1icy to the area of real estate business. We have to develop private companies for real estate information which are qualified to issue licenses to the people who satisfy certain requirements.

Before doing so, we have to revise the network system of real estate transaction and appraisal under existing regulations to set up certain requirements about items of information, renewing period, operating manpower. We have to set up and put into practice occupational ethics and practical tips for each qualification to achieve a high level of specialty of real estate business. Furthermore, we have to adopt a renewing system of qualification for other business related to real estate and admit a training system of real estate business consigned to universities and private companies. As a result, we can achieve a high level of specialty of real estate business.

Moreover, we can make knowledge of real estate saleable and industrialized.
