지속가능 도시정비목표를 기준으로 한 서울시 정비사업 고찰

서울시 정비사업이 지속가능한 도시정비 목표에 부합하는지 살펴봤다.

This study attempted to evaluate Seoul’s renewal projects whether or not they comply with a planning strategy of its sustainable development. For this, the case studies of 19 areas from 2004 to 2006 were reviewed. The following processes were adopted for the study: First, we addressed methodologies about urban development project evaluation based on urban sustainable development. Second, according to basic survey indexes the renewal purpose of urban sustainable development on administrative Dong was analyzed using factor analysis. Third, the detailed renewal purpose of urban sustainable development was set by examining successful foreign cases of urban regeneration projects.

Fourth, we compared the renewal purpose of Seoul’s urban sustainable development and the renewal purposes of its renewal projects. It was found that there are differences between them.
