초록
In the fast changing modern society orienting information society according to rapid economic growth and high-speed communication network, it is absolutely demanded that LIS(Land Information System) should be set up in order to obtain land related data accurately and rapidly as the demands of lands increase. By establishment of LIS, it will be essential to promote people's welfare and be a basis of national administration. Therefore, this study aims to suggest efficient setting up of LIS by using GPS(Global Positioning System). In order to perform it effectively, worldly used modem surveying technology GPS introduced. On the basis of theoretical observation, a research model was presented.
The evaluation indicator was fixed for the accuracy and efficiency of GPS and it was used to do practical analysis of it. In a practical analysis, GPS observation had been performed in the research area and the results had been compared and analysed with the results of Total Station. As a results, it is shown that GPS is more efficient rather than current surveying method in terms of time, cost and economy. The results of GPS surveying were included in the scope of error tolerance, being accepted by cadastral laws, showing high accuracy of GPS surveying method. With the results of analysis, how to establish LIS by using GPS was suggested.
Parcel information was obtained by GPS surveying and transferred to PCS phone or laptop computer in real time, finally mapping by using cadastral software. Completed maps will be transferred to LIS database. Thus, LIS supply related departments with land information in real time and sharing them with the competent authorities in order to provide citizens with efficient and sustainable land information. Therefore, it is desirable that land related information should be collected through systematic circumstances. Establishment of LIS has to be driven forward by forecasting future demands and complete preparation.
Furthermore, land information which is currently managed in different departments has to be integrated in the level of nation so that cooperation and utility among departments could be maximized, connecting NGIS(National Geographic Information System) project.
