토지 평가의 자동화를 위한 GSIS의 적용에 관한 연구

GSIS를 활용해 도시 토지가격 평가를 자동화하는 방법을 연구했다.

A study on the automation for urban land value-evaluation using GSIS, it suggested the effective method for self-evaluation of urban land with program composed of auto-evaluation and algorithm for the large quantity results analysis of land evaluation using GSES. We presented method that can auto-extract efficiently general land character items such as adjacent item from special facility. shape, height, direction and road contact condition using GSIS. These items weren't dealt with in previous study.

As well, by comparing and searching mutually geometric polygon relation and attribute data between processing object and adjacent object on the basis of topological data structure of GSIS, we can present new method on the spatial analysis technique of vector type. This developed program for value-evaluation of urban land, by construcing a series of program approaching to the highest degree on presenting comparative standard lot selection process automatic comparative standard lot selection service accurately and consistently, we can raise reliance on results of land price computaion.

On the developed program comparing through results analysis for urban land evaluation using GSIS, we can know, land price computation methods that this study present using GSIS, can be efficient and scientic methods in case of applying on presenting land price computaion service.
