경기북부 접경지역 개발 실태와 지원제도 개편방안을 검토했다.

Northern Gyeonggi area including the Borderland is one of the most derelict area in Seoul Metropolitan Area. To support the Borderland, Borderland Promotion Law was enacted at 2000. To support the former US military camp, US Military Camp Promotion Law was enacted at 2006. The purpose of legislation was to support the Northern Gyeonggi Area, however the product is not positive. Management & Development District in Capital Region Management Law, is considered the alternatives in the Borderland, which permits the formation of industrial sites and universities.
