국유부동산 관리체계의 개선방안

국유부동산 관리 실태를 살펴보고 효율적 관리와 비축 방안을 제시했다.

본 연구는 국유부동산을 중심으로 기초개념과 기능, 관리실태와 문제점 등에 관하여 살펴보고 향후 국유부동산의 효율적인 개선방안을 모색하였다. 주요 개선방안은 국유부동산의 위탁활성화를 위한 제도정비, 활용기준의 설정, 관리실태, 국유부동산집단화, 이용계획수립, 수탁기관의 전문화, 정보의 DB구축 및 활용 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 국유부동산은 공익적 기능만이 아니라 비축기능, 국토환경보전기능 그리고 수익적 기능이 강조되고 있는데 이를 위해서 국유부동산을 확대 비축하고 관리의 효율화를 도모해야 한다. The purpose of this study is to improve of the government owned real estate management system. The main contents of this study is composed of the following three issues; fundamental directions of the government owned real estate management system, actual conditions and problems of the government owned real estate management system, improvement of the management system of the government owned real estate.

The management system of the government owned real estate includes acquisition, maintenance, preservation, operation and disposal of the domain. Therefore, the major findings in this study are as follow; First, Systems of the government owned real estate management for the environment-friendly. Second, Survey of actual condition and efficient management of the government owned real estate. Third, magnification of government owned real estate banking. Fourth, construction of government owned real estate information system.
