인터넷 GIS를 이용한 지적정보시스템 구축에 관한 연구

인터넷 GIS 기반 지적자료의 관리·편집 시스템을 설계하고 개발했다.

현재 국내의 인터넷GIS 소프트웨어 개발 및 관련 연구는 시작단계에 머물러 있는 수준이다. 그러나 인터넷 GIS는 그 활용 범위가 다양하므로, 사용자의 요구가 급증하고 있다. 대부분의 인터넷 사용자들은 자료구축과정에서 상당한 인적ㆍ물적 자원을 투입해야 하는 실정이다. 하지만 인터넷상에서 일반 자료나 정보를 GIS자료화하여 공급ㆍ관리하는 시스템이 갖는 경제적 가치는 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 일반적인 GIS자료의 편집기술 개발이 아니라 인터넷을 통하여 서버에 저장되어 있는 지적자료를 편집하고 관리할 수 있는 기술을 개발하는 데 있다. 즉 본 연구에서는 기존의 지적정보시스템과는 달리 인터넷상에서 지적관련 공간정보와 속성정보를 관리하여, 민원 업무의 능률을 향상시키기 위한 시범적인 인터넷 지적정보시스템을 설계하고 그 프로그램을 개발하였다. Currently, domestic research level related to Internet GIS technologies is just beginning stage. However, the application scope of Internet GIS is varied and therefore the requirement at user-level toward Internet GIS fields have rapidly increased.

Most users of Internet GIS have to input many human and material resources in the data and information on internet is very valuable economically. The purpose of this research is not to develop editing technologies of normal GIS data but to develop practical technologies for edition, completion and integrated management of large volume of cadastral data in network server. In other words, differently with previous Cadastral Information System, this research is to develop the program and design Internet Cadastral Information System as a model.

for the improvement of the civil affairs administration efficiency which was achieved by managing the spatial information and the attribute information related to cadastral administration on the internet.
