원주시 택지개발사업에 따른 도시 공간구조 변화를 고찰했다.

The purpose of this study is to contribute as data that can suggest directions for future changes and expansion of the spatial structure of local cities by considering the changes in the spatial structure of existing local cities. The scope of the study included limited legal grounds and recently completed housing site development projects in Wonju City, and the changes in the spatial structure of Wonju City were considered through the ratio of land, housing types, green areas, and parks to the total area of the housing site development projects.
