입체지적 도입을 위한 지목세분화에 관한 연구

입체지목 도입을 위한 지목 세분화 방안을 제시했다.

본 연구는 토지이용의 입체화, 고도화에 따라 현행 지목체계의 문제점을 분석한 후 이에 대한 발전방향으로 입체지목 도입을 위한 지목세분화 방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 입체지목체계 도입을 위해서는 지상지목과 지하지목으로 구분해 설정하는 입체지번 표기법이 체계화되어야 한다. 본 연구에서 분석한 결과는 첫째, 지목체계 문제해소를 위한 기준연구가 있어야 한다. 둘째, 지상지목과 지하지목의 설정 및 입체지번 표기법이 강구되어야 한다. 셋째, 지목 세분화와 지목정보의 상호 운용성을 확보해야 한다. The study of a national land use in current land classification systems is based on current problems, according to the complexity of land use. The introduction of land systems about a three-dimensional category and land classification is presented for improvement with the existing system. The following policies should be considered.
