초록
Longitudinal segmentation in the residential happened to civil appeals of up-zoning, so the areas needs to establish the District Unit Plan. But the characteristics of the district are difficult the control in the zoning system, implement of u-zoning. Therefore District Unit Plan needs to reflect public's opinions, to achieve the public urban of operational application of District Unit Plan. For this purpose, This study is established planning elements and surveyed two Up-zoning area of District Unit Plan and inspected priority elements, analysed each planning elements.
