초록
The registraction system of real estate aims to guarrantee the peaple's property rights and the security of the real estate dealings through the combination of exactness and quickness; that is, it is to guarrantee the state power to the people as a security right. In our country, real estate registration laws have been revised in 1960 and have 6 revisions since, but the laws follow the old same laws and have a conservative attitude in the legal revision so that the need for the advance of the registration system is required because of the complexity of the real estate dealings according to economic development.
Lastly, for we to have the establishment of order and the presentative measures in the accidents of the real estate dealings, it needs our positive participation and our continual effort.
