지적정의의 모호성에 관한 연구

지적의 개념과 정의가 지닌 다양성과 모호성을 분석해 바람직한 정의를 모색한다.

최근 지적정의에 대한 논리적이고 체계적인 접근을 통하여 변화되는 정보환경 및 지적의 진화에 부합하는 개념 정립이 강력히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지적정의에 대한 다양성 및 모호성을 조사ㆍ분석하고 이를 토대로 합리적이고 바람직한 지적정의를 재조명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 대상은 지적정의 및 관련 구성요소로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통한 2차 자료를 수집하여 지적정의의 개념적 논의 및 접근 틀(framework)을 설계하고, 접근방법은 기술적 접근방법과 비교론적 접근방법을 병용하여 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점 및 내용에서 검토되었다. 첫째, 지적정의의 모호성과 접근 틀은 지적정의의 모호성, 지적정의와 연계체계, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 지적정의의 다양화 및 접근 틀의 적용은 지적정의 다양화, 접근 틀의 적용 및 검토 관점에서 접근하였다. 셋째, 미래지향적이고 동태적인 지적정의의 방향은 지적정의의 한계 및 동태성, 지적정의의 재조명 등의 관점에서 이루어졌다.

Recently, cadastral definition is required to be conceptualized corresponding to changed information environment and cadastral evolution through logical and systematic approach. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to review reasonable and desirable cadastral definition by examining and analyzing not only diversity but also ambiguity on cadastral definition. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research subject are limited to cadastral definition and related factors. Survey was carried on through collecting the secondary research data by literature review and the conceptual review and approach framework was established based on it.

And a descriptive and comparative approach is applied concurrently. The conclusions of the study are produced from 3 following aspects as follows: First, the ambiguity and approach framework of cadastral definition was examined in terms of the ambiguity and the linkage system of cadastral definition, the literature review, and approach framework. Second, the application of approach framework was conducted as a viewpoint of the diversity of definition, the review and application of approach framework. Third, the direction of reasonable and desirable cadastral definition was referred to the limitation, the dynamic, and the review of cadastral definition.
