농지 보전을 위한 국토이용체계 개편 방향을 제시한다.

The newly reorganizing national land utilizing program, presented by government to prevent over-developing arable land, should be covered those principles as follows; Firstly, the existing agricultural promoting areas, which covered 53% of total arable land, should be expanded to the extend of guaranteeing national minimum food security. Secondly, the existing usages and regulations on land should be reorganized and discriminated not only by the criteria of location and physical suitabilites of cultivation, but also by the suitabilites of urban usagaes.
