토지비축 재원조달 및 운영방안 -제주특별자치도 중심으로-

제주특별자치도의 토지비축 재원 조달과 운영 방안을 분석했다.

The purpose of this study when the land reserve and financing plan for land bank established ways of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is to analyze case studies. The results of this study are as follows. Large city (over 200 billion) plan was established, with one of the two kinds of Commercial Bank on the land, and the other one is charging the land bank financial institutions. Medium-sized city (500∼200 billion) established the two kinds of methods, with one cock Jeju province established land bank, and the other one is charging the land bank financial institutions. Small time (less than 50 billion), which was established by way of the one kind of Jeju province established land bank.
