도시토지이용의 입체적 관리방안에 관한 연구

도시토지의 입체적 이용과 이를 유도·관리하는 제도적 방안을 검토했다.

본 연구는 도시토지를 입체적으로 활용하기 위한 수단과 이를 체계적으로 유도하고 관리하기 위한 제도적 방안에는 무엇이 있는지를 고찰하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 입체적 토지이용과 토지이용관리에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 입체적 토지이용관리의 필요성을 살펴본 후 외국의 사례를 중심으로 입체적 토지이용 관리제도를 고찰해 봄으로써 향후 우리 나라의 입체적 토지이용 관리를 위한 바람직한 방향을 모색해 보았다. This study aims to search the proper methods to utilize urban land 3-dimensionally and its institutional devices to control and guide them. For this, this paper examines the necessity of 3-dimensional control of urban land use through the theoretical study concerning 3-dimensional land use and land use control, and foreign land use control system through case study. Based on these, our proper direction of 3-dimensional control of urban land use.
