憲法上 土地所有權에 關한 硏究 = A Study of Landownership in the Korean Constitution

한국 헌법상 토지소유권의 성격과 국가의 토지이용 통제를 연구했다.

Land is a resource indispensable for the life and activity of the human being. It becomes a private property and, at the same time, constitutes part of a nation's territory. And it is the basis of human existence and production. For the well-being of all people, modern nations strengthen government control over landownership, while tightening land use rights. In order to provide a better environment and to promote a balanced national land development, it is a responsibility of a modern welfare state to regulate landownership by law. Therefore, future policies or laws concerning land use must be more effective than they are in according priority to the life of pepole.
