택지개발을 위한 GSIS활용에 있어 측량 및 지적의 문제점과 대처방안

택지개발에 측량·지적 및 지형공간정보체계를 활용하는 방안을 연구했다.

각종 개발사업 시행시 오래전부터 문제시 되어온 측량 및 지적의 이원화현상에서 오는 문제와 대처 방안 및 개발사업시 효율적 이용을 위한 지형공간정보체계의 활용방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지형공간정보체계중 지형 및 지적자료의 통합 활용에 관한 사용자들의 요구가 증가되고 있으나, 지적 불부합지가 여러 원인에 의한 다양한 요소에 복잡하게 연관되어 있어 문제 해결을 위해선 합리적이고, 효율적인 연구방법이 필요하다. 따라서 측량 및 지적의 이원화된 근본적인 원인과 여기에서 파급되어온 여러 가지 현상을 열거하고, 특히 현재 개발 진행중에 있는 전원주택단지 개발현장의 사례를 통해 측량 및 지적의 이원화된 현상에서 발생되는 문제점과 대처방안을 제시함으로서 추후 택지개발 사업시 지형공간정보체계의 활용성과 발전방안을 제시하였다. Because survey and cadastral mapping have long been dualized for development of various projects, GSIS has not been effectively applied for development of projects.

Although users' demands for integrated use of topographic and cadastral data increase, unconformities are complicated by various factors, it is necessary to solve the problems in a reasonable and effective way. With such a basic conception in mind, this study was aimed at addressing such problems and suggesting some reasonable and effective solutions to them. To this end, the fundamental causes for the dualized survey and cadastral mapping were determined and the resultant problems were addressed.

In particular, the projects for development of rural housing sites underway were reviewed to address the problems caused by dualized survey and cadastral mapping and suggest their solutions, and thereby, discuss how to use and develop GSIS.
