초록
By the interest of mankind in order to use the land to the most, the worst results have been appeared in urban environment like obstacle of a view and ventilation, closing of space and the increase of traffic volume. These changes for the worse have needed the regulation between buildings. So, the purpose of this study is to find the problems of the regulations related to restriction of bulk control through examination and analysis of them.
Especially, I have forced my study on the reasonable suggestions with analysis of the regulations, and this study aims to propose the amendments guideline of the bulk control regulation in building code, in view of the collective form of urban architecture. As a result. 1. The use division of dwelling commercial area should be varied and subdivided. 2. The range of the maximum floor area index should be set for flexible meeting according to each circumstances. 3. Because floor area index have colsely related with road width, a lot of study are needed about this. 4. The current building code have restricted only the maximum permit floor area index by means of each use area.
Because of that, its limitation is not clear and the regulation is too high to use the land effectively. Therefore the control of floor area index is needed for altitude-restraint by the adjoining buiding and insure of the right to enjoy sunshine.
