초록
The purpose of this study is to find out problems occurred by speculation in real estate. For the purpose, a counterplan for speculation in real estate control are based on real-state registration, a real dealer, property insurance, an income from immovables, real estate sale tax, property transaction tax, investment real estate, and soon and soon. Analyses of this an investment plan in real estate are based on an investment market, invested capital, the Korea investment Development corporation, investment in a foreign country, public investment, residetial building, land development, and soon and soon.
In short, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors affecting housing project, land development, land use planning, investment in a foreign country. * A thesis submitted to the Committee of the Gratuate School of public.
