토지이동에 따른 KLIS의 도면연혁 관리를 위한 방안

토지이동 이력을 KLIS 지적도에 관리하는 방안을 제안했다.

Korean government has created KLIS in order to guarantee efficient cadastral administration. Once land alteration has legally been made, cadastral books are able to show its history while cadastral maps only show the most recent record at this point. Therefore, when it comes to the errors during the process, it is necessary to check from the very first map. This study suggests a way that handles difficulties. By adding up the history layer function into KLIS, this study not only does expect better customer service but it also helps upcoming cadastral resurvey project. 우리나라는 효율적인 지적행정을 수행하기 위해 KLIS를 개발하여 시행 중이다.

그러나 토지이동에 따른 공부 등록 시 KLIS의 대장자료에는 시간에 따른 내용 변화가 나타나는 데 반해 도면(지적도와 임야도) 자료는 기존의 자료에 덮어쓰기 형식으로 등록하기 때문에 최종 결과만 보이고, 토지이동 과정의 연혁은 알 수 없어 오류발생 시 다시 종이도면을 찾아보는 원시적 방법에 의하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 현재 구축되어 있는 KLIS에 도면연혁레이어 기능을 추가하는 방법으로 도면의 연혁을 구축하여 고품질 민원 서비스 제공과 함께 향후 시행 예정인 지적재조사사업 수행 시 업무의 효율을 기할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
