지목과 건축물용도간 불부합 현황 및 개선방안

지적공부상 지목과 건축물 용도의 불일치 현황 및 개선방안을 분석했다.

ㅂㄴ 연구는 지적공부상 지목과 실제의 토지이용현황간의 불부합이 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 불부합 현황분석을 토대로 표본조사에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 조사대상 281필 중 건축물용도와 현장은 일치하나 지적공부상 지목과 현장은 불일치하여 지목변경을 필요로 하는 필지가 신암동 121필, 용제동 110필로 총 231필로 나타났다. 또한 지적공부상 지목과 현장은 일치하나 건추물용도와 현장은 불일치하여 지목변경을 필요로 하지 않는 필지가 신암동32필, 용계동 18필로 총 50필로 나타났다. 따라서 토지대장의 지목과 건축물 용도간의 지목불부합지 해소를 위한 실증적인 개선방알을 법.제도적, 행정적, 홍보적 측면에서 제시하였다.
