기반시설부담금제의 효과와 운용 조건을 검토했다.

Recently, infrastructure linkage fee system has created various issues. Especially such system’s effect to social welfare and housing market has became controversial. recent research shows that infrastructure linkage system can enhance social welfare, and stabilize housing market. But several conditions are required to achieve such results. This paper reviews recent literature relating to the issues and tries to draw implications to Korean situation.
