안드로이드 운영체제 기반 토지조사업무 지원 연구

모바일 GIS를 활용한 현장 토지조사업무 지원 시스템을 개발했다.

최근 실생활에 모바일 단말기 활용이 대중화되면서 공간정보와 연계한 많은 콘텐츠들이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 토지조사업무 지원을 위한 모바일 GIS 시스템 개발을 위해, 먼저 국내 모바일 GIS 기술현황 및 구축사례를 조사하였다. 그리고 공무원, 대한지적공사, 측량 및 공간정보 업체 그리고 학계를 대상으로 설문조사를 조사함으로서 토지조사업무 지원에 필요한 데이터베이스 및 기능 항목들을 도출하였다. 이를 기초로 고해상도 항공사진, 지적도, 행정구역도, 건물도, 새주소노선도 보기 기능을 포함하여 토지대장, 건축물대장에 대한 검색 및 편집을 지원하도록 다양한 기능들을 구현하였다. 또한 현장에서 상세한 토지관련 정보를 수집하기 위해 해당 필지에 대한 사진, 음성, 동영상, 메모도 함께 실시할 수 있는 기능도 포함하였다. 그리고 DEM과 경사도를 기반으로 면적계산, 횡단면도 및 경사도 분석 기능도 함께 구현함으로서 토목공사 및 도시계획 업무자들에게 필지 주변의 많은 지형정보도 제공할 수 있게 되었다. Recently according to the popularization of mobile device in our life, many contents have been developed with spatial information.

This study researched technical condition and development examples of domestic mobile GIS to develop mobile GIS system for supporting land investigation works. And database and function items needing in supporting of land investigation works were derived through a questionnaire of civil servants, korea cadastral survey corporation (LX), survey or GIS company, and academic circles. Diverse functions were embodied to support searching and editing of land register and building register including viewing of high-resolution airphoto, cadastral map, administrative map, building map and new address road map.

Also multimedia functions were contained such as picture, sound, video and memo about parcel to collect detailed land information in field works. And this study could support many terrain information surrounding parcel to civil engineers and urban planners by emboding the functions of area calculation, corss section analysis and slope analysis based on DEM and slope map.
